Lakes Homecare LLC is a certified home healthcare and disability care provider that started caring for people and the communities of Minnesota in 2019. We consist of experienced and reliable healthcare professionals and direct support professionals who are well-trained in delivering client-centered care. They are well-versed in taking care of people with complex conditions, regardless of their situations or circumstances. We also help people who have histories and real-life challenges, including mental health disorders and physical disabilities.
We aim to promote their functional independence and lead a happy and contented life where they can reach their full potential and achieve their dreams while valuing their dignity, independence, and lifestyle choices. We work hard to provide them with a caring, nurturing, and loving environment where comfort, peace of mind, and recovery are maximized.
